Last updated Oct 12, 2026
These terms apply to your use of legit50.com (“Legit50”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Legit50 is operated by an independent publisher based in the European Union. Legit50 is not a government agency, a law firm or a CPA firm.
Information only, not advice
Our guides, templates and tools provide general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship with us. Laws, fees and requirements change and vary by state. Check with the relevant agency or a qualified professional before you act.
Using our tools
- The invoice, estimate and receipt generators are free to use for your own business.
- You are responsible for the documents you create: their content, amounts, tax rates and whether they meet the rules that apply to you.
- Your documents are created in your browser and stored there. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot recover lost data. Keep your own copies of anything important.
- You may not use the tools to create false or misleading documents, such as a receipt for a purchase that did not happen, or for any unlawful purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways that put an unreasonable load on it, or get around its security. Do not copy large parts of the site for republication without our permission.

The site’s text, design and code belong to Legit50 or its licensors. You may print or share pages for personal or internal business use. Documents you create with our tools and the information you enter are yours. Templates may be used to create your own documents. Other company names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

We work to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Legit50 and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
